Easter with the Munks 2011

The funniest thing this year was watching my 14 and 12 year old RUN around Maka's back yard trying to find the eggs with money in them! We had an easter egg hunt and Maka's, dinner, the traditional Bunny Cake, and we decorated eggs. We dyed the real eggs and we took the plastic eggs and decorated them. Maka and Baka judged the eggs and we ended up getting awards for the most creative. It was a really fun night!

Easter Morning 2011

That darned easter bunny hid the baskets again this year. Harley found hers in the microwave, Hunter in the oven, and Hayden behind the bookcase. The kids are getting older, but they still love finding the baskets and grabbing as much candy as they can. The candy was ALL over the house this year. They did a good job of finding it all and had a good stash to take to church and eat! You gotta love Easter Sunday!

Easter with the Bhams 2011

We celebrated Easter with the Bham's by decorating cookies, eating hamburgers, an easter egg hunt, and swimming in the hot tub!







Wow I just love Hunter...every year he gives me a fantastic picture in the hot tub! LOL!

Cowboy Up

One of my Cheerleaders (the Great Sage Thacker) is a rodeo champion. She invited us to go to one of her rodeos and spend some time with her and the horses. Hayden LOVED the horses and didn't want to get off once he was on. He did not, however, like the calf roping. That was a little much for his tender animal loving side. He just wanted to stay with the horses and ride and ride and ride...maybe he does need a farm!

We want a Pitcher....

Hayden pitched a great game today! The sun was FINALLY shinning and he let the strikes rip across the plate!
