Hayden was the Troop Leader for this camp out so he was super excited about it. He made the food assignments, confirmed who was going and who was not going, helped pick the camp site, delegated cleaning, cooking, games, and safety.
It was amazing to see these 11 year old scouts put up the tents, start the fire, keep the fire going, cook the dinner, clean up the dinner, cook breakfast, clean up breakfast, clean the camp site, and do a cleaning service project with out any adult help. I sat back and let them do everything. It was the best scout camp out I have ever been on!
