Can you bel
ieve it! Santa came to
Gma B's house! It was such a wonderful night. This is the first Christmas that Hayden was beside himself with joy and
excitement, it was so hard to wait for his turn. Of course Harley, who is 12 now, sat on his lap out of duty to her Grandma. Hunter is always a willing sport and had to wait until the very end.
While Santa was here he told the kids a very special story about how the elves got a big screen TV for
Christmas last year. It seemed like a good idea until Mrs. Claus noticed the elves were not making anymore toys! They were sitting in front of the TV all day and all night! (Oh, the tragedy) So, the TV was taken away and the elves were put in timeout. They also had a lot of toys to hurry and make, so there was no more free time! (Let that be a lesson to you TV watching kids!) The kids were entranced by the story, it was really cute!
When Santa got up to leave Hayden ran to him and hugged him! It was a side of Hayden we don't see often and I am always touched by the kindness that is in him!
Thanks Mom and Dad for inviting Santa to our Christmas Party!
